FYI: I don't have the time to accept every project submitted, I generally don't work on projects with budget's under $1800.
That said, I will contact you and consider seriously all requests. When I do take on a project I tend to throw myself into it and you will get results relatively quickly (2 weeks or less for a design). In order to do that I require 1/2 payment up front and 1/2 on completion.
